Files you link from Google Drive stay in your Drive. seed stores only the link, so big videos, decks and spreadsheets never count against your storage. Upload what you want kept in seed, and link the rest.

Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro automatically, with no card. When it ends you move to Free unless you choose to upgrade. Nothing you made is lost, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. There’s no time limit and no credit card. Notes, tasks, folders, collaborators and chat stay unlimited for as long as you use seed.
What counts as an agent request?
Each time you mention @agent in a chat counts as one, however much work it does in that turn. Free includes 30 a month, plus 10 more each month for every person you invite who joins seed (up to 50 extra). Allowances reset on the 1st.
What happens after my 3 free sends?
The agent still does the work. It writes the email, event or Slack post in full and hands it to you to send yourself. On Pro it sends it for you, from your own connected account.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing you already have is touched. Everything stays readable. You’ll see a heads-up as you get close, then new uploads, reads or agent requests wait until next month or until you upgrade. Google Drive links never count toward storage.
If I upgrade, does my team need to pay too?
No. Inside a Pro member’s workspace, everyone they invite gets Pro agent features. Storage and receipt reads are per person.
How do I cancel or change billing?
Open Settings › Plan in the app and choose “Manage billing” to switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
What if I was charged by mistake?
